PCP Registration ensures that NGOs comply with recognized standards of transparency, governance, and accountability. Our team assists in preparing and reviewing all necessary documents, including audited accounts, tax returns, policies, HR records, financial reports, and governance materials. We coordinate with the PCP team, address any queries during their office visit, and guide the NGO through the complete registration process to obtain certification efficiently within the stipulated timeframe.

Requirements for PCP

• Audited Accounts, Income Tax Returns, FBR 149 Statements (last 3 years)
• Management Letters, Finance, HR, Procurement, Harassment, and Administration Policies
• Payroll, Organogram, HR Files with JDs, Increment/Joining/Appointment Letters
• File Management, Payment Vouchers, GRN, Vendor Quotations, Board Meeting Minutes
• Board Approval of Policies, Cheque Copies, Corporate Governance Compliance
• Soft/Scan Copies of all documents, Members’ CNICs, Emails, Contact Numbers, Qualification
• Bank Reconciliation, Vision/Mission/Goals/Objectives, Governing Letter
• Ledgers, Trial Balance, Accounting Software, Annual & Budget Reports, Donor List
• List of Paid/Unpaid Employees, Website, Fax, Landline, Area of Operations, Thematic Area

Process of PCP

1. Reviewing all documents including financial audits, policies, and procedures
2. Assistance for any missing documents
3. Submitting documents to the PCP team
4. Assistance during PCP team visit to NGO office
5. Resolving queries and obtaining the certificate
