Requirements for Charity Commission

• CNIC copies (front & back) — 5 copies of each member
• Email address and mobile number of each member
• Deed/Bylaws of Organization/Trust/Society/Welfare, etc.
• Certificate of Organization/Trust/Society/Welfare, etc.
• NTN of Organization/Trust/Society/Welfare, etc.
• Two witnesses’ CNIC copies, mobile numbers, and email addresses
• 8 pictures of each member
• Office/Home utility bill
• Property documents / rent agreement
• Audited accounts (if any)

Process

1. File is approved by the Charity Commission Department.
2. The file is forwarded to the Home Department for NOC.
3. Home Department forwards to DC.
4. DC dispatches to law enforcement agencies (CTD, Special Branch, AC, SSP, DIC).
5. After verification, DC sends the file with reports to the Home Department.
6. Final Home Department NOC is obtained.
7. Registration certificate is issued.
